they love idols, and are extremely dedicated to their dream of becoming one. Ruby is shy, and ayumu has self-esteem issues, but they both become an idol due to someone they adore. along with this, she can be a sore loser. riko has her love of yuri manga, and can be rather strict, and ayumu tries to copy others to become a better idol. They both have a more devilish side, however.
they're more mature than others around them, and they help to keep the peace. they both are passionate and hard-working, as well as modest, and they are incredibly loyal to their friends. Riko thinks of herself as normal, and doubts herself because of this, similarly to ayumu. these characters are usually more in the background. characters like ruby and riko possess this colour. The colour pink is a softer, more relaxing colour it is associated with serenity and peace. they’re fun, sociable, and love having and making friends. these characters are often more extra and prefer to stay in the foreground, where they’d get the most attention. characters like honoka, rin, chika and ai possess this colour. The colour orange is flamboyant, passionate and bright. however, there’s more to these differences than what’s on the surface: quite a bit, actually. Well, she’s incredibly different from them.įor starters, the most obvious thing out of the way, but she is a pure-attributed idol, while honoka and chika are smile. “well, what does ayumu have to do with honoka or chika, though?” you may be asking. they’re both charismatic, friendly and very talkative. they can be rather dumb at times, but both genuinely mean well and care for everyone in their idol groups. Personality-wise, they are both energetic and impulsive, often doing things without thinking. they both have sisters who are often teasing or critical of them and their actions. as well as this, their families both own businesses: honoka’s family owns a traditional sweets shop and chika’s family owns a ryokan inn. They are both smile-attributed second years with an orange image colour and the leader of a peppy sub-unit with their childhood friend and a shy girl. their eye shapes are similar, as are their faces and poses in the cards (though this could be laziness on klab’s part, i choose to see this as their similarities coming through). they both have orange-ish, shoulder-length hair, as well as yellow bows separating a part of their hair. Honoka and chika are quite similar in design, sharing many design factors with each other.
